Assistant Professor of Talent Management at the École hôtelière de Lausanne
Dr. Stéphanie Pougnet-Rozan (PhD Grenoble University, France) is Assistant Professor of Talent Management at the École hôtelière de Lausanne, University of Applied Sciences and Arts Western Switzerland. Her teaching, training, consulting and research activities aim to help employers better attract, develop and retain talented employees.
Her research aims to analyze the antecedents and outcomes of innovative processes relating to employees’ performance in the workplace. She has co-authored a book about employment practices, contributed chapters in Robbins & Judge’s organizational behavior and Dessler’s human resource management books, and authored publications in peer-reviewed journals. Her research and consulting activities have also yielded several publications on hospitality related Internet sites and in the media – Swiss TV, radio and press, e.g. Research on keg wine.
She is also an Advisory Board member of the HSMAI. While conducting research and consultancy for companies challenged with human capital, she also coaches entrepreneurs in developing their innovative projects, since she co-founded www.sportmania.ch, a Swiss online shop selling sport goods.
