Janet is Director Talent Programs for Marriott International in Europe, Middle East & Africa.

She oversees the long-term development of employees in the region and supports career growth with holistic development programs that focus on the growth of leaders at all levels.

Janet is passionate about building careers around strengths and strategically works with programs that provide access to opportunities for all - helping employees to become who they want to be. She works with General Managers as much as with apprentices and high potential young leaders, facilitates learning experiences and works with educational institutions to provide the best tailored solutions for all.

With a Masters Degree in Human Resources Management and a hands-on background in Hotel Operations, Janet is a hotelier at heart and a true learning professional, continuously working on new ideas to support diverse groups of employees across her region.

Janet has been working for Marriott International for the past 10 years and prior to this has held roles with other hospitality players and in the recruitment business.
