She studied political science and history at Georgetown University and has worked in numerous NGOs and think tanks in the US.

Since 2012 she has been involved in innovative projects aiming to advance the efficiency of hospitality and specifically has focused in the recruiting and hiring process of personnel.

She has been heading the business development for the hospitality group Santikos Collection for the past five years and from 2017 she is leading the education and marketing efforts for the union of hoteliers of Skiathos.

In 2015 she founded the award winning hospitality recruiting platform, Workathlon.

She has been included in the 2019 lists for Forbes 30 under 30 and Fortune 40 under 40.
