Olivier Henry Biabaud founded TCI Research in 2010, following 20 years of market research experience in senior international operations and management positions for global companies including TNS and Ipsos.
As a specialist in destination competitive analysis, he is leading global research programs measuring visitors’ experiences from inspiration to sharing and for over 100 destinations and international tourism organizations.
Winner of the UNWTO Innovation Award 2011, its company was recently awarded Best Belgian Travel Market Research Agency 2017. Olivier is a regular speaker in international forums about tourism competitiveness (and above all, a big fan of Greece!).
