Having graduated from Trinity College, University of Cambridge in 2011, Rebecca decided to pursue a career in hospitality. She has 10 years of hotel management experience in commercial and operational roles, in both branded and independent hotel properties in Cyprus. Currently she is a Director at Churchill Hotel Management which owns and operates the Crowne Plaza Limassol hotel under license from IHG, where she is responsible for driving commercial and operational performance.

Rebecca is also an active member of the IHG Owners Association and Vice Chair of the Emerging Leaders Network Europe, which aims to channel the voice of future leaders and drive change within the hospitality industry.
