Will Dowling has fourteen years’ experience in the real estate and hospitality sectors. He started his career at Morgan Stanley in New York City in their Fixed Income Division before joining the hedge fund, Mariner Investments, an $11b fund-of-funds in their real estate debt arm, Pembrook Capital. At Pembrook, Will rose from Analyst to Vice President of Credit Origination.

In 2018 he returned to Madrid, to take jobs in the Hospitality Division of PricewaterhouseCoopers as well as Greystar Real Estate Private Equity where he managed a portfolio exceeding €1.0b of real estate on the Iberian Peninsula including hotel, PBSA and multifamily development assets.

He currently advises Virgin Group on the expansion of their hospitality assets covering Virgin Hotels and Virgin Limited Edition brands for Europe Middle East, Africa and Asia.
