Eftichia Kasselaki

Partner & Consulting Services EY, People Consulting, Head of EY Private

Eftichia is Partner at EY's Consulting Services and People Advisory Services in Greece. She advises CEOs, C-Suites and Directors across various sectors, on matters such as governance, organizational, leadership and people transformation, as well as transactions, family business growth and succession planning. Additionally, she is the Leader of EY's Private Sector in Greece.

She joined EY in 2018 and, before that, she achieved a solid record in transformational leadership within the banking sector, serving in various leadership positions, such as Chief Retail Banking Officer - including digital leadership - and Group Human Resources and Branch Network General Manager, as well as through her role in the Board and the Strategy & Executive Committees. For her work, early in her managerial career, Eftichia was also honored with the “Quality Leader of the Year” award for Greece, by the Hellenic Management Association (EEDE).

At the beginning of her career, Eftichia worked as an organizational psychologist and management consultant, providing assessment, rewards, recruitment and development services in various industries in Greece and Cyprus.

Eftichia holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Analysis and Behavior from the Lancaster Business School, and a B.A. in Philosophy and Psychology from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.

She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading, travelling, going to the theatre, cycling and playing board games and ping pong with her sons.
